Step-by-step instructions
- Check the gift and its recipient. Keep food in suitable packaging before putting it into the outer wrap.
- Lay the cloth diagonally on a clean table and set the box in the centre.
- Fold one corner over the box, tuck it underneath, and bring the opposite corner over the top.
- Lift the remaining two corners and tie a firm, tidy knot above the box without crushing it.
- Write the recipient’s name and a short message on a label; attach it with ribbon or tuck it under the knot.
- Add storage and ingredient information for edible gifts and keep each labelled parcel together until gifting.
