Prepare for nine days of Navratri at your own pace

Confirm your family’s observances and local dates before building the checklist. Gather reusable puja items first, choose recipes with any overnight soaking in mind, and buy flowers and fresh food close to use. Assign a small task to each person and keep optional decorations separate from ritual essentials.

What should I prepare before Navratri begins?

Clean the prayer space, check the items your family already owns, confirm timing with your trusted local source and write a simple meal plan. A kalash decoration tutorial is a craft guide; it does not replace your family’s Ghatasthapana procedure or muhurat.
